John O’Dell started O’Dell Construction, Inc. in Sheridan, Wyoming in 1989; two years later, his son Shawn joined him in the business. Over the years, O’Dell Construction has grown into one of the area’s largest general contracting firms, providing service as General Contractor, CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk), or Design Builder for both residential and commercial projects. In and around Sheridan, O’Dell Construction has built and/or remodeled over 70 custom homes, as well as schools, banks, retirement facilities, medical facilities, retail establishments, fast-food establishments, government buildings, and even a carwash. CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
