Norstad Mortgage is a good old fashioned, owner operated, full-service mortgage lender. Brix Casserly was first licensed as a mortgage broker in 2003, and after working with other firms, founded Norstad Mortgage in 2011.
We are a small team of highly committed individuals, who pride ourselves on offering a very high level of service, while still offering the most competitive rates available anywhere.
We like our customers to understand the process, and feel a sense of control over it. Many of our clients have told us about previous buying experiences in which they are essentially told what to do by their lender….in a steady stream of annoying requests for more and more documents. We want our clients to be educated about the process, to know all their options….and to experience as little disruption of their normal life as possible throughout the loan origination process.
Norstad Mortgage is regularly called upon to make home buying presentations, at several companies in the Dallas and Salt Lake City areas.
