In 2003, after deciding to leave the banking industry, I went down a path that lead me to the establishing of Commercial Loan Group. In my time leading up to the founding of Commercial Loan Group I started a multi-million dollar manufacturing venture. I wanted to own my own company. I wanted the experience and understanding of what it is like to be in manufacturing. Through years of trials, tribulations and mistakes I know now the emotions and feeling of what it is like to be a business owner. Wading through those dark waters I learned what it would take to be successful. So, I moved on to even more business ventures. Combining my banking and business experience along with my vision to be the best representative for both business owners and lenders I started Commercial Loan Group. My vision for Commercial Loan Group is to represent both my customers, foremost in their best interest, by helping them not only attain the best programs and lenders, but by also protecting them in good business investments. After the economy collapsed, along with the banking industry, there was a whirl wind of notes being called in. Business owners did not know what to do and banks had not really had to deal with something like this before. I decided that my job then was to be a mediator between business owners and banks. Many businesses have suffered. Cash flows have dried up, debts are needing to be adhered to and it is hard to get all that done. After the economy collapse, there was just total chaos. So I expanded my services with owners and bankers, bringing a team in to help turn around these situations and to create a win-win situation for everyone. With these turnarounds we have had limited turning cost, court costs, and minimized taxpayer's losses with limiting the charge off loans and having to pay for the losses. It is my passion to work with the business owner who has no hope left and who has called it quits.
