Bonneville Financial Services, Inc. was founded by Maria Thomson Frady in August 2003. She began her career in the Housing Market as a Real Estate Agent in Brazil in 1990. As an Independent Real Estate Agent, she focused on assisting her clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Recife, PE-Brazil.
In 1999, Maria Thomson Frady became a Loan Officer in Salt Lake City, Utah. She specialized in Loan Processing: FHA, Conventional, and Subprime loans for Purchases and Refinancing, as well as helping her clients rebuild their credit score. With a more personal approach in doing business, she was able to close more deals than her competition. She was recognized as a top producer for the company she worked for thanks to all of her hard work and dedication. Her core business values are: Honesty, Hard Work, and Professionalism.
In 2003, she became a Mortgage Broker and opened Bonneville Financial Services, Inc, a Brokerage committed to live by her standards and help clients get the best possible deals available on the market. Her team of professionals will do all the due diligence for their clients to make their lives easier. In other words, they’ll shop around for the lowest interest rates and best alternatives to give their clients a mortgage payment they can afford.
