Property Source Global has developed a national real estate portfolio management and marketplace platform for OFF-MARKET and distressed properties. The platform offers wholesalers, investors, builders, and institutional groups the ability to set up a FREE real estate web store within the platform. These web stores are similar to a personalized version of well-known websites like Zillow and MLS. Users can create a turnkey, white-label, template-style web store by completing a simple registration form online. All the web stores on the platform are SUB-DOMAIN web stores, allowing each user to have their own identity, logos, and color scheme while being a sub-domain of the platform and linked to a global wholesale property marketplace. The platform is expected to create and host over 100,000 web stores that will be able to sell or buy from the shared GLOBAL WHOLESALE PROPERTY MARKETPLACE.
Once a user on the platform has decided to buy a property, they can simply click a "BUY NOW" button, which will auto-fill the property, seller, and buyer details on the state-specific real estate purchase agreement and any applicable addendum documents. The buyer can then review the completed contract and e-sign the purchase agreement to submit it. The seller will receive a notification of the new offer and log into their web store to view and either reject or accept the offer. If the seller accepts the offer, they can do so with a simple click of the button and e-sign the purchase agreement. Once the seller accepts and signs the purchase agreement, the platform will deliver the entire transaction to the title company through an API link as a direct data input in the title closing company's workflow system. The title provider's data system will automatically post updates directly to the buyer and seller's web store account, keeping them informed of the transaction's progress as it moves through the title closing process.
In conclusion, the platform is a closed ecosystem where sellers sell directly to buyers, buyers use this automated application to digitally create contracts and present offers, and title companies manage the closings all within a single platform. Web stores are free, with no monthly fees, and buyers pay a platform technology and convenience fee of $1,000 per property transaction. This is truly the best END-TO-END off-market real estate platform.
