After working for Big Banks and Lenders for over a decade as a Loan Officer and an Account Executive, Will Pinnick realized the disconnect between consumers/families and these large financial institutions.
Far too many families were pushed away because of the limited programs that were being offered at the Big Banks / Lenders. Far too many families were dissatisfied because of the lack of attention to detail and limited customer service they experienced.
There was no personal relationship with the families applying for a Home Loan and Loan Officers would be pushed to take a daily amount of loan applications without ever looking at any of the financial documents to assure the accuracy of the loan.
It was a numbers game and taking applications was and still is the name of the game for these large financial firms.
It is NOT getting any better for families today. It is now evolving to Automation to accelerate the number of applications they can submit, and Banks / Lenders are reducing the number of Loan Officers they employee.

CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
