We offer a non-invasive solution for banks that want to offer Mortgage Loans but currently do not. Instead of having to direct customers to a competitor for their Mortgage needs, we offer services to give you the ability to serve those customers.
Once we have received your application for approval, one of our loan officers will review your information and run a pre-qualification. After the pre-qualification process is complete, our coordinator will contact your bank with the findings and the options for doing business.
After a secure transfer of documentation has been established, our loan officers will manage the locks and extensions on the loan. Our experienced processing department will handle the appraisal, and then hand the loan over to our underwriting department to decision the loan and determine conditions. Once the loan is clear to close, the processor will deliver the loan to our closing department. All while working closely with the mortgage banker and the bank so no one is out of the loop on the loan's progress.
The closing department will work with the loan officer, processor and the banker to finish the HUD1. The bank may be paid up to 1% of the loan, and up to $150 for witnessing the close of the loan, and will receive this payment within 10 days of the funding date.

CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
