You can now call, text, or email clients directly from the tracking page.
Additionally, you can record memos for each action and set reminders, all accessible next to the lead and on your tracking page.
1. Open the loan request for recipients who have already received your introduction or soft quote.
2. Go to your Loan Tracking page
3.Select, call, or email. Calling and texting are especially useful on your cell phone.
4. Call, Text or Email
Record event for quick retrieval.
5. Record a memo of the event directly on your loan tracking page.
6. Enter any follow-up reminders (assign urgency for important tasks, if needed).
7. You will instantly notice all your to-do items on the lead summary as well as on your tracking page.
