and backed by a publicly traded fund in the secondary market, BPC operates as a

commercial properties. Since its inception, this strategic alliance has enabled
the firm to originate mortgage notes and facilitate assets turnover exceeding
$650 million in valuation.

Belinda launched Fortune Investment Funds in 2018. Serving as the
Venture Capital wing of her enterprise, this spin-off invests in

expand the portfolio size by including start-ups that facilitate the IoT,
developers of AI and Smart Buildings. Under her leadership, Fortune Investment

consultation work for real estate investors and developers in 1998, Belinda has

Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) and seasoned industry partnerships, her

Throughout her career, Belinda has

late Christopher Longsworth, the visionary founder of Invesca Development
Group. Belinda honors his memory through this project, noting that Chris’s significant
