Denito Kelly, Managing Partner and Loan Officer has 19 years experience as a Mortgage Banker including corporate management and loan origination. His leadership and expertise have made him a subject matter expert in the home mortgage industry. Denito is a graduate of Penn State University where he received a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies with a minor in Spanish, of which he is fluent both written and conversational. Originally from Manhattan Beach, CA, Denito has lived in Houston since 2007 and prior to that lived in Tucson, AZ. His hobbies include spending time with his family, traveling, outdoor activities and staying involved with the community.
April Kelly, Managing Partner and Loan Processor comes from a corporate background as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator and Event Planner. She excels at customer service and helping people navigate through events by assisting them every step of the way. April is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business. She is from Round Rock, TX and has recently made Houston her home. April enjoys family time, traveling, running, cooking, comedy and staying active in the community.
