BWA Mortgage was established in 1984 in La Canada Flintridge, as a full service mortgage brokerage, in a challenging market where mortgage rates were at 12.75%. Since then our broker, Floyd Walters, has built a business that provides real estate financing the way he feels it should be done: with high attention to detail and providing consumers an easy to understand explanation of the loan process.
The home mortgage industry is known for being confusing, which is why our approach is hands on (as needed) and simplified, with our client's individualized needs at the center of importance. We sit down with you and talk about your goals and situation, and work with you to find the best financing option that fits your needs.

CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
