Northeast Funding was birthed in the early 1990’s by Bob Rankin. Bob previously owned and operated Affordable Remodeling as well as Sunset Remodeling. He found that as the economic times changed it became harder and harder for financing for his customers home needs. Bob knew it was time to fill this gap in the Capital District of New York. Northeast Funding began in the subprime lending market and little by little helped customers improve their credit so that they could be approved for the “A” lender loans with better interest rates.
Bob built Northeast on the premise that Personal Service and Integrity were the two of the most important cornerstones to a successful company. We only do loans that make sense for our customer.
