We offer wholesale interest rates, which are the lowest available by direct lenders. The knowledge of a wide variety of loans allows us the flexibility to offer Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Jumbo loans on a variety of different types of property. All of our loans are individually processed in the 48 Wall Street office. This new branch office on Wall Street gives us immediate access to the daily updates in the market, and provides guidance in securing the mortgage requirements of our clients.
