banks leave off, providing solutions for commercial, multi-family
(apartments) and residential – business purpose, non-owner occupied,
income producing 1-4 unit properties on purchase or refinance
transactions.
We arrange financing for both cash-flowing, income-producing
properties and for select transitional properties. We will consider
completion dollars for unfinished construction projects that are at
least 80%+ complete, SPEC financing for ground-up construction of
stick-built & Modular as well as Fix & Flip/Hold financing.
We also provide solutions for real estate note holders to sell all of or
a portion of their notes. Our approach to evaluating a note purchase
