This business model has worked for twenty plus years with zero complaints. In fact, most of our clients have become good friends.
Over the years we have created loan programs which have benefited consumers across the country. The most popular program that was developed by us was the NO-COST loan. This loan program has been adopted by almost all lending institution and has saved the consumer substantial sums of money. Educating consumers is what we pride ourselves on the most. CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
