Michael P. Betley has been the sole owner of MBA Mortgage Services, Inc. since its inception. He has operated as both a COO and CFO of other mid-sized mortgage lenders for the first 10 years in his mortgage career. For the last 15 years, he has operated as the President and CEO of MBA and has grown the business from a small local lender, to a regional mortgage provider throughout the United States. He is individually licensed in 12 states, including Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, District of Columbia, Florida, Texas, Colorado, and New Jersey through the NMLS (ID 132987). He has a Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland, a Bachelors degree from Towson University and his MBA from Loyola University. He sits on several committees throughout Harford County Maryland and is very active in his community. He is supported by his wife Diana, his four children (Michael, Samantha, Rhianna, and Scott) and, of course, his best friend on four legs (Cutter).
