Griffen has a proven executive management track record and over 15 years of experience driving sales growth and integrating digital marketing and sales strategy systems in residential mortgage lending. In addition to running the day to day activities of Berkshire Capital, Griffen is the founding principal of Tiger Marketing Company, a digital marketing company that focuses on health care marketing. Griffen has led the digital transformation of Cataract and Consultants of Michigan, establishing a web presence that functionally generates leads for the business, ranks #1 in search terms for their top procedure Laser Cataract Surgery as well as created a resource site focused on the continuing education of local optometrists. Previously, as an undergraduate student at Michigan State University, Griffen helped establish the internship program for Merrill Lynch in Lansing. Griffen also served as Board Member of Entrepreneur’s Organization’s (EO) Detroit Chapter. Griffen currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Arthritis Foundation and is an active member of Legatus. He earned a BS degree from the Eli Broad Business School at Michigan State University. Griffen is married to wife Danielle, enjoys spending time with their 6 children, volunteer coaching youth Football and Baseball. He enjoys teaching entrepreneurship, real estate acquisition strategy, personal branding strategy and training others proven methods for breaking through limiting beliefs and socio economic barriers.
