business. I'm a top performer with a track record of consistently meeting and
exceeding client goals and customer expectations. I put myself in my client's
shoes, understanding the level of significance and emotion that comes with buying
a home. My main and true objective is to do all I can to succeed in helping YOU

I have been working
in the Real Estate/Mortgage business for a total of over 20 years. I've worked over
2000 real estate & mortgage transactions in my career and have seen the
market come full circle multiple times and have molded or changed to each cycle
accordingly.
Throughout my
career, I have garnered exceptional negotiation skills, expertise in government
financing such as VA and FHA. I treat my clients like family and am dedicated
to their satisfaction. My long-time relationships in this business have helped
me achieve greater offer responses and acceptance than the average loan officer.
Additionally, having been a lender for over 19 years has given me unmatched
knowledge to help when your discussing terms and negotiating factors of a
transaction.
I moved to San Diego
County in 1999 and have established a home for my wonderful wife, and 3 amazing
children here. I try to take an active role in our community with my church,
youth sports, charity gatherings and events. My time here has given me
extensive knowledge of the local market and understanding of the community. I
also make it a point to stay up to date on trend reports. Any questions or
concerns that you may have about the area, I will be able to answer them.
