PHB Employees Federal Credit Union has been providing the products and services needed by its members for their financial security since 1949. When you join PHB Employees Federal Credit Union, you're not a customer; you're a member. We are a member owned not-for-profit cooperative. in other words YOU are the owners of the Credit Union; we are not subjected to the whims of "stockholders" like other banks. As a not-for-profit institution, our only responsibility is to give you the best in member service by providing great returns on savings and low rates on loans. The Board's function is to provide general direction and control of the affairs of the credit union. Members serving on the Board do so in a voluntary capacity, and are not compensated.
