Our Founder, Lead Wealth Advisor, Debra Taylor, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and attorney by training and thus is well-qualified to address these issues. In fact, well before it was popular, Debra Taylor prioritized retirement and tax planning in her practice over the last twenty years. We use this experience to manage money, build customized tax-efficient retirement plans, and then assist in the distributions so that we can help decrease tax bills in retirement with the goal of keeping more money in our clients’ pockets.

CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
