Murphy Bank is a bit unusual. Rather than trying to be all things to all people, we do a few things, and we do them well. We help busy farmers and small business owners get loans for new or used machinery and equipment. We make it easy for them to get customized loans and leases for their vehicles. We help mobile home owners get financing for purchasing, refinancing or improving their mobile homes. We also provide slightly higher interest rates for our CD's and Savings accounts.
We're known as a niche bank. That means we don't offer all the products you'll find at a huge bank. For example, we don't offer checking accounts. CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
