When brokers reach out to us for a hard money loan, they have a borrower who needs to close right away. They may have exhausted their hard money resources or do not know where to even start. This is where our expertise speeds along the process. We reach out to multiple investors and qualified hard money lenders saving you time and energy. You are present every step of the way and involved in the loan process. Once the loan closes, you are paid through escrow or through our company directly. Our co-broker relationship is very important to us, your client will always remain yours. We do not contact your client to refinance them out of their loan. If your client reaches out to us, you will be contacted to be part of the process. Ethical, open communication and long term relationships with brokers are top priority.
