My Lehigh Valley roots are deep: I grew up in Macungie, graduated from Emmaus High School, earned a BSBA degree in marketing/finance at Kutztown University, and brought my family back to the Lehigh Valley in 2013.
On the professional side, I am unique among loan originators in the Lehigh Valley; no one else can match my experience/education in originating mortgages. I have 15 years of experience as a home-loan originator with many national lending institutions. During that time, I originated and closed over 1, 500 loans with a total value of more than $160 million, and I spent five consecutive years in the top 5% of loan originators in my region.
I gained most of my experience during the recent mortgage crisis, and in one of the nation's hardest-hit areas: southwest Florida. I've seen, and successfully dealt with, practically every situation you can imagine - short sales, foreclosures and bankruptcies, as well as investors, property flippers, and first-time homebuyers.
I know how to structure loans for all of those. I also have extensive knowledge about the workings of secondary mortgage markets, and how Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgages are securitized.
