After more than 25 years of combined lending experience, Ed Stojancevich and Steve Stasny joined forces to create Region Mortgage. With our knowledge of the industry and the experiences that we’ve had, this was the next step. We formed this company so we can help enrich the communities that have done so much for us. We both grew up in the Region, we work in the Region and we are for the Region. CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
