Private Capital Northwest is primarily a private money lender. Other names normally associated and used synonymously with private money lending include hard money, soft money, non-conforming, alternative, and asset- or equity-based lending. Our loans are based on the asset, meaning the real property secures the loan and is the basis upon which the loan is primarily approved.
We specialize in loans for new construction, fix and flip properties, non-conforming real estate investments, and commercial, industrial, and raw land properties nationwide with a focus on Washington, Oregon, and Idaho and their major cities including Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Portland, Spokane, and Boise.
The three principals of Private Capital Northwest formed the company during the last economic recession to help facilitate private money real estate loans that banks either would not or could not fund. Although the recession is behind us, banks are still very reluctant to make all but straightforward, cookie cutter loans. As a result, many borrowers are still in need of a lender that is willing to make creative loans on a fast track, especially borrowers who aren’t perfect or who have adequate equity without adequate cash flows. And for those borrowers, we are here for you. We pride ourselves on providing common sense asset-based loans with uncommon circumstances. That being said, we like the easy deals too!
