Pat's achievements include being one of the top account executives for the Clayton Merrill Lynch branch, and he owned one of the top mortgage brokerages in the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area. Pat is well known in the St Louis region and knows our many communities quite well. He is and has been very active with various civic organizations such as Rotary, Kiwanis, Chamber of Commerce, Civic Progress, Progress 64 West and many others having served in multiple capaciites as President and Chairman of the Board. He is a past President of the Missouri Mortgage Brokers Association.
Mary Flynn, co-owner of American Nationwide Funding has almost 20 years experience as a highly qualified industry professional. She earned her MBA from Saint Louis University. In addition to having owned her own company, Mary has served as a corporate manager in sales and mortgage operations development, growth, and supervision. She excels in client management and customer service. Her skills include in-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards and agency guidelines in the lending and banking industry, excellent customer service and complaint-resolution tactics. Mary is currently the author and instructor for FHA 203K Renovation Loans CE class for the St. Louis Association of Realtors® and is a top Renovation Loan Expert.
Pat and Mary are committed to excellence in customer service during the entire process.
