Debt Placement: We run the most competitive process by not only going to the most aggressive, commercial-focused lenders (whether it's an operating office building in a CBD or a ground-up multi-family development in the suburbs), but by getting significant relief on MAJOR deal terms 100% of the time (not just rate, but prepayment penalties, leverage thresholds, amortization and even guarantorship). We don't provide term sheets, tell you to pick one and collect our check at closing. We are there from start to finish. In addition to sourcing deals for our clients, we perform zoning/feasbiility analysis, interview architects and engineers, intensely financially model our deals out, get term sheets, redline term sheets, get commitment letter, redline and negotiate commitment letter, get loan docs, review and redline loan docs, cure title issues, negotiate and CLOSE.
Equity Placement: We have the funds, the high-net worth investors, the family-offices, the life-co's ready and waiting to deploy funds. Our contacts choose our deals because we have worked with them as developers and consistently bring them winners. It's that simple.

CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
