My family has been in the Arizona mortgage industry since 1979, so you could say I grew up in the business. Some of my earliest memories were spending weekends in my mother's office while she worked on mortgage loans. Some may argue that my very first word was "loan." CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
