Magnolia Mortgage opened in April of 2018. I felt it was time to make the transition from employee to owner, with all the stresses and rewards of being my own boss. Magnolia Mortgage is a boutique mortgage brokerage, and my goal is not to serve the most clients but to serve all my clients better than anyone else in the Phoenix and greater Arizona market. I’ve always said that our business isn’t complicated but it is detailed, and hard work and great attention to details have always been the best way to help clients experience a stress-free purchase or refinance transaction. This is a great business for consumers that demand honesty and transparency since all our work ends up on paper – clients are best served when they understand the loan process and have a clear idea of the real costs involved.
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, or Loan Officer, I keep all parties in the transaction up to date regarding the status of the file, and consequently, referrals form most of my business. Excellence in customer service is my primary goal, as it is with everyone at Magnolia Mortgage.
