We are different because we work very close with your realtor and before we provide a pre-approval letter, we will require of you al documentation pertinent to your loan request, we as “Doctors” of the mortgage industry, will gather all pertinent information, diagnose your financial profile and if there are grey areas, we go to the books (guidelines), diagnose the area of concern (grey area) and consul specialist (underwriters) who provide written answers to our questions. With our methodology we can assure that when we provide you a written loan pre-qualification, we have all the assurance that your loan application will pass underwriting with flying colors.
Additional to the above approach, we also developed our own Loan Processing System (LOS), in order to guarantee that all pertinent questions are asked and each documents is reviewed according to guidelines, so at time of submission all documents have been duly betted. We make sure that all “I” are dotted, and all “t” are crossed.
We are unique in many ways: 1. We the only Mortgage brokers that has developed his own system (all other buy canned products), the reason is that we control our own destiny in order to serve you better. 2. We also do commercial loans and we apply due diligence methodology of commercial loans to improve the certainty of approval of mortgage loan. 3.
