Founded in 1969, CAHP Credit Union originally offered membership solely for employees and members of the California Association of Highway Patrolmen (the Association). In the 1990s, the Credit Union expanded eligibility to include other members of California’s law enforcement community, namely through the Peace Officers Research Association of California – PORAC.

CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
