Mr. Ochoa received a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. Cal Poly's curriculum, which revolved heavily on the philosophy of lean by doing, taught him to adapt and thrive in the engineering business.
After 5 years of working for engineering firms throughout California, he learned to implement the customers' needs into every project while working with other disciplines to meet design deadlines. Mr. Ochoa brought his customer-first mentality to the field of real estate financing and extensive experience to make every real estate transaction a success!
Formerly a civil engineer, I was met with major hardships from the recession. The ironic switch to becoming a mortgage broker was one of my best choices. I now have the opportunity to help those seeking to purchase their family’s first home, grow their investment portfolio via rental properties, or refinancing (including cash out, renovation, or lower monthly payments).
I understand how complicated the loan process can be, and I enjoy helping clients understand each step to get approved for their dream home. I work tirelessly to ensure clients get pre-approved in a speedy manner and with the best lender.
