Exchange Bank has had only nine presidents in its long history. Father and son Manville Doyle and Frank Doyle co–founded the Bank in 1890. Frank Doyle served as President until 1948. Our third and fourth presidents, Charles Reinking and Andrew Shepard presided over a time of expansion and banking innovation.

50.44% of the Bank’s cash dividends goes to the Doyle Trust which funds the Doyle Scholarship at Santa Rosa Junior College. Since 1948, the Doyle Scholarship Fund has provided $93.6 million to over 139, 000 students
