Lend Smart Mortgage has operated as a mid sized, locally owned retail lender since inception in 2006. We have made several acquisitions over the years to continue our planned growth and expand our licensing base.
We are direct lenders and seller/servicers with both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac which means we control the entire mortgage process from start to finish.
