My previous work in government financing included partnering in the Development of 49 low income affordable housing rental units in South Lake Tahoe with Pacific West Communities obtaining Low Income Tax Credits, Redevelopment and HOME funds. I worked with Housing California and other affordable housing lobbyist, advocating affordable housing development, and affordable housing financing. Experienced in affordable housing acquisition, financing, entitlements, development and construction, and management of low income, multifamily units.
I worked at client development at Stern Frank Meyer and Fox where I became proficient in technical and fundamental analysis of bonds, commodities and equities. That has given me unique insight into long term, and short term, interest rate movements. It has also correlated to the analysis of equities and commodity influence in today’s fast pace mortgage financing.
I have bought, sold and brokered discounted Trust Deeds and placed private party loans for multifamily and single-family residences for over 25 years. I am proficient in trust deed financing and the legal parameters and restrictions of Dodd Frank on Seller Financing. But the most important lesson I learned through my entire life is that I like helping people obtain their goals and dreams.
