Mortgage Financial Group, Inc. is a privately owned Mortgage Banker with its corporate office headquartered in Tavares, FL. The company was opened in November 2003 by John Ardito and Ben Ardito. Together they had a combined 50+ years in the lending industry. John Ardito started as a courier for a mortgage company in South FL and over the years moved up from loan originator to underwriter, branch manager and now currently holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer having purchased the remaining common stock in 2005.
In 2003 Mortgage Financial Group, Inc. operated in Mount Dora, FL out of a rented space for approximately 5 years before purchasing what is now its main headquarters in Tavares located in the center of FL respectively. Though a local lender, the company is currently licensed in four states…Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia with multiple offices in the State of FL.
Being a licensed mortgage banker, Mortgage Financial Group, Inc. is a full service lender in that it originates, processes, underwrites, and closes loans, all in house, enabling itself as a competitive alternative to the banking industry. Over the last 10 years during the estranged mortgage market, Mortgage Financial Group, Inc. has not only sustained, but succeeded in growing over that period of time a tribute to the hard work, dedication, and skill of the whole staff of Mortgage Financial Group, Inc. from top to bottom.
