We provide short-term financing through first mortgages to experienced professionals who have a proven track record of efficiently completing single-family projects from light remodels to large new-construction projects. With offices just outside downtown Minneapolis, we have the ability to visit any project in the greater metropolitan areas of Minneapolis and St. Paul on short notice and act quickly so you can take advantage of time sensitive opportunities. We have the resources to quickly analyze and fund projects over $1 million, but are small enough to provide personalized service
