Vincent R. Liott, Inc. is a family owned and operated, full-service residential and commercial mortgage brokerage in business since 1998 and located in West Chester, PA. Vincent has been in the mortgage banking industry for the last 39 years.
In 1975, Vincent started his career working at the largest national mortgage lender in the country at the time, Lomas & Nettleton, specializing in collections and foreclosures. Vincent was then hired by the Philadelphia regional office of the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) to supervise the wholesale purchase and servicing of FHA, VA, and conventional residential mortgages. Throughout his career, Vincent has worked with some of the country's largest national mortgage banking firms helping them to start up and restructure branch and regional offices.
After many years in the business, Vincent saw an opportunity to create a brokerage that could not only customize loan programs for standard borrowers, but also for borrowers with unique borrowing needs (individuals that average banks or lending institutions can not or will not lend too). What is the secret to his success? Over the last 39 years, Vincent has assembled a network of over 27 local and national lenders that can provide creative, flexible, and aggressive loan programs to accommodate most borrowing situations. These are programs that most banks and/or lenders do not or cannot offer. For these reasons, we can proudly state that we consistently offer rates lower than the national average.

CloseLTV is the abbreviation of Loan To Value, and it is the ratio between the Loan Amount and the Property Value. The formula to calculate LTV is Loan Amount divided by the property value.
