Provost Capital is committed to delivering efficient and quick loan commitments that have enough structural flexibility to accommodate the needs of the real estate investor. 
 
While we do consider the credit quality of the borrower, more important to us is: 
  • The quality of the property
  • the borrowers plan for rehab
  • the borrower's rehab experience
  • the borrower's exit strategy. 

So, less than perfect credit is OK. That said, we require our borrowers to have some skin in the game so that interests of Provost and the borrower are aligned.  

We will work with you as a real estate investor to structure loan terms that allow you to successfully run your business.  As all decisions are made in-house, there is usually little delay in finding mutually agreeable loan terms
