Webb Air Force Base Federal Credit Union was chartered to serve the employees and the family members of Webb Air Force Base here in Big Spring, Texas. After the base closed, our charter was converted into a community credit union. It was at that time, in 1978, that we changed our name to Citizens Federal Credit Union.
