I’m a widow I have worked in the financial industry 48 years. I have in mortgage lending 30 years
2023 was the worst year I was let go 90 days ago I was hired at Peoples Bank
With a annual salary of $54,200
I finally started taking a widow benefits of
$2320 monthly
I fell behind in my association fees
My neighbor just sold there condo for $295k mine is 1000sq ft larger
My mtg bal is 167k
I started rolling 30 days since May
Trying to pay twice this month in August
My score dropped over 150 points
I understand the importance of credit however situation of life happened.
