I need to pay past due property taxes and pay my divorce judgement of $48,000. I then want to list the house for sale and sell it this spring/early summer after doing a few minor cosmetic repairs to the house. I would be willing to add the lender to the deed on the house and to pay back the borrowed amount plus an additional $15,000 when I sell the house. It is in a very desirable neighborhood and houses go very fast when they are out on the market. I just need to get my ex husband paid from the divorce and pay past due property taxes very quickly before I can finish painting the interior of the house and refinishing the floors before placing it on the market. I want to move this summer so the loan will not be a long term loan but I am willing to pay a large amount out of the proceeds from the house sale. Nothing is currently owed on the house except for the past due taxes. I inherited this house from my mother.
