I have lived here for 9 years since 3/15. I had a land contract and in middle of divorce seemed finance but wife had to come off the land contract to proceeed they cancelled it and left me in a month to month lease with a chance to seek funding to secure home I’ve had on time payments and need about 82-84k to payoff the previous contracts balance in purchase minus my earnest credit and equity . I need a lender that can over look current situation and go off what company bringing monthly on statement and when I file the current year tax for average and let that overrule . I make average 10k monthly with my biz and will be reporting 96-1120 gross and pL about 70k this year last year make about 50k average with me already making a mortgage size payment on what’s remaining I could get a loan if credit was overlooked for payment less than I’m paying on time now . before expenses was 61 and after profit loss about 32k however this past year I have a 10k average
