With a $34,000,000 infusion, all infrastructure in Phase 1 and preparation of the lots for the builds (fiberoptics, sewer, water, drainage, power, gas, main roads), $4,000,000 worth of water shares from Cedar City, Iron County, and to pay off the loan of $6,800,000 will be accomplished. The infrastructure for the first batch of 25 lots will be completed in approximately 120 days. Every month thereafter, construction will start on 4 homes with a construction timeline of 6 months to completion. The additional $16,000,000 is to begin the construction and framing of the 4 homes per month. (See attached flow chart.) The first phase will be completed in 10 months. The second tranche of $50,000,000 shall repeat this process for the next 25 homes.
As soon as the infrastructure is complete (120 days), the project has an anticipated value of $115,000,000 before the first house is constructed.
