Property Purchase
We need the loan to purchase a multi-family property. We currently own a home in Lockport, NY that we have fully rented out to tenants and we sleep on the couches. We started running an automotive shop in Wilson, NY. We found this house for sale and wanted to pursue it, making it our primary residence and being closer to our place of work. We plan to rent the other two homes on the property as well as the bedrooms in the house we will be residing in.
