I am interested in purchasing a new home. I currently live in a mobile home on a leased lot. Mobile homes on the same street are selling for $175-200K. (Location) I need to purchase the new home and move in before my current home can be sold. That's why I am asking about a "bridge" loan. I know the interest is a bit higher, but it will be a shorter mortgage. I will pay off at least 75% of the mortgage once my home sells. I put up post on groups that move that are ready to move to the area from new England area. (We have northerners begging for places to live to get out of the north.) So this should be a quick sale. All I need is funding to buy the new property before I can empty and clean my current place.
