Property Purchase
We live in Washington state and are wanting to move to Tennessee to be near family. We have found a property that will work well for us but is not conventionally financeable. We would like funds to purchase the property now while it is available, but we will not be able to move to Tennessee until spring 2026. We are open to a rehab loan or anything that would work. Once we are settled there and have brought the house into compliance, we will refinance to pay off the initial loan.
