Property Purchase
My wife and I currently reside at 10 Samuel Dann Way, Pound Ridge NY 10576. We are interested in buying 54 New Water Oak Dr, Palm Coast, FL, 32164. I want to use cash from my IRA to close the deal quickly but then I want to get a bridge loan for the most possible so I can return as much money as possible to my IRA within 60 days. Our combined provable income is approximately $22000 per month but that includes $13657 in tax free income I receive as disability income until April 2031. We have a net worth over $4 million including real estate but not including the fact that my wife, Darcie, has about $2 million in equity as a member of the Board of Directors for LightPath corporation. The purpose of this request is to explore whether or not getting a loan after purchasing will be quick enough to meet the 60 day deadline for returning the money to my IRA or if is simply better to apply for a bridge loan and then after getting a loan make the purchase.
