Looking to finance a home. We currently own a property in Murphy, NC, purchased last year with a VA loan. We're in the process of selling this home (newer home, pristine condition, 2 acres, detached garage, 2400 sq ft, tankless hot water heater. Worth $525,000 - purchased for $415,000 7 months ago.) We are unable to obtain a second mortgage with a VA loan, so we are looking to purchase another property via FHA. My credit has dropped to around 580 due to the recent purchase of a vehicle/inquiries on credit report as a result of the new vehicle purchase. Our objective is to obtain either a Non-QM temporary loan until our current home sells, or an FHA loan. I am a permanent and total disabled veteran, with a permanent VA disability income of $4700 monthly, and own a business that brings in around $6-7000 monthly as well.
