Property Purchase
The house I currently live in is in my ex-husbands name. However I’m listed on the deed to the land. As well as him. I need his name off the loan and my name added therefore, I need to refinance it in my name only. However with a credit score of 632 the bank it’s under won’t help me. Please advise.
